MS Walk

MS WalkEvery hour of every day, someone is diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Including members of my own family and friends as well.

MS is a frustrating disease.  There is not a cure yet.  There are a lot of unanswered questions. And for the loved ones of those struggling with MS, it is a situation that is completely out of their control. There is not a single thing you can do to help make them better.

But you can walk. You can walk for all those stricken with MS.
I will be participating the MS Walk through the National Multiple Sclerosis Society this coming weekend. Every dollar donated goes to research to find an end to the devastating effects of MS.  The MS Society helps patients and their families make it through to the next step in as healthy a state as possible, so that someday, hopefully soon, there will be a cure. And when that someday comes, then we will thankfully no longer need the MS Walk because it won't be an issue for future generations.

If you would like to help the cause, you can join up with your local MS Chapter to walk yourself, or you can give a tax-deductible donation either directly to the MS Society, or by sponsoring a participant. If you would like more information about the MS Society, how proceeds from the MS Walk are used, or the other ways you can get involved in the fight against MS, please visit nationalmssociety.org.

If you would like to sponsor me in the walk this weekend, you can make a donation at the MS Sponsor Page.
